Class Registration-To register for a introductory, 4wk course program, workshop or drop-in class you must pay the full amount for the class(es) of your choice for us to secure and guarantee a space for you. You can register for a class as early as (1) month in advance. Please Note*(It is best to register and pay for your class(es) in advance as early as possible to assure a secure space in the class. All students must register online for all classes. To register online you must have an account. To create an account login to our online scheduler and create a username and password. Once you complete this process you can sign in and sign out of classes at your leisure. Please note that payment for classes are only good for the class/course in which you paid for that day/month not for future classes/courses.

Forms Of Payment-We accept all major credit cards(Amex, Visa, Master Card & Discover)over the phone, online and at the studio. We also accept cash, money orders and certified checks(No Personal Checks). All money orders and certified checks must be made out to EDC Dance Studio Inc. 

Private Lessons-EDC Dance Studio Inc offers 1Hr and 2Hr private lessons for individual and couple/groups. You can book a private lesson as early as (1) month in advance. To secure your private lesson you must put down a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of ½ of the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of the lesson upon arrival. Once your deposit is made your lesson date, time and instructor are secure. You can only book a maximum of two hours at a time due to our extensive class schedule. You must call at least 24hrs prior to your lesson to reschedule or you will lose your deposit. All private lesson packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase or you will lose your money. All private lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Certificates-All gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.

Class Cards/Vouchers-EDC Dance Studio Inc offers class cards for students who want to purchase a bundle of drop-in-classes at a discounted rate. Class cards give you the flexibility to take as many drop-in-classes that you choose to purchase at your leisure. We have a 5 class card that expires within 45 days, 10 class card that expires within 60 days and 20 class card that expires within 90 days from the date of purchase. All class cards go into effect on the date of your first class not the date of purchase. Class cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Please note to take full advantage of your class card you must use all your classes on your card before the expiration date or you will lose the classes). If you sign up for a drop-in-class and you do not show up or sign out 24hrs before to reschedule you will lose the class. Class cards are not for a specific type of drop-in-class however for all exotic dance and pole dancing drop-in-classes unless otherwise advertised in special class card or voucher promotion. Please note that any drop-in classes can be canceled and/or rescheduled due to low registrants(Must have a minimum of 4 students per class), last minute student cancellations, bad weather, an act of god(ex. earthquake), or emergency evacuation procedure(ex, fire alarm, etc) or even discontinued at any point and time. Privacy-EDC Dance Studio does not allow spectators during classes only paying students are allowed to attend. There is absolutely no note taking of any of dance techniques taught, videotaping or picture taking at EDC Dance Studio! Cameras and Video Cameras are not allowed on premises. If you are caught video taping your camera will be confiscated and your footage will be deleted. If you refuse to give us your video camera you will be asked to leave the class and/or course without a refund of any monies paid. EDC Dance Studio does offer the service of videography and photography for our students who may want to do a photography or videography session however there is a additional cost ask about our packages for this service! Arrival & Departure Policy-We ask that all students who will be taking any type of class/course with us for the first time please arrive to our studio at least 10-15 minutes before your class schedule start time to complete your registration form, sign your class policy, receive photo I.D. and any other paperwork necessary that must be completed before you start your class. Please note if you arrive late on the first day of class you will still have to complete this process before you start the class. We ask all students who attend their classes on a weekly schedule to show consideration to their fellow students and arrive at least 10mins prior to your class scheduled start time. There is a 10 minutes grace period for all classes afterward we will not allow you to participate in the class. You will be marked as a late cancellation forfeiting your payment or class on your class card or voucher and you will have to schedule and pay for another class. (See absent policy below) You may depart at any time once the class has started but you cannot make up the class time should you choose to depart early nor will you receive a refund, credit, extention or transfer. 4Wk Course Program Absent Policy-If you are enrolled in a 4wk course and your going to be absent you must call 24 hrs in advance to sign out of class and we will try to reschedule you to the same type of class during the same week on another day if there is space availability. In case there is no space available you will be placed on a wait list and charged accordingly for a make-up class. If you are absent and you do not sign out of class 24hrs prior to or you do not show up for class you will be marked as a late cancellation and will lose that class. 4Wk Course Program Make-Up Class Policy -Make-Up classes are $35.00 for all 4wk courses. Please note that all make-up classes must be scheduled and completed 30 days from the date of the class you missed. If for any reason you choose not to make-up any classes that you missed within a 4wk course program you will not be able to move on to the next level in the course that you are registered in until those make-up classes have been completed. Refund & Cancellation Policy-All payments for intro classes, 4wk course programs, workshops and drop-in classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you schedule and pay for a intro class or drop-in-class and you can not make it you must sign out 24hrs in advance prior to your schedule class to sign out and reschedule. Failure to do so will result in you completely losing your payment. Workshops are one time seasonal classes that can not be rescheduled and our 4wk course programs require that you also sign out 24hrs in advance or you will have to schedule and pay for a make-up class. However with 2 weeks prior notice of your 4wk course start date you can switch to the same type of course on or at a later date. Please note you can switch to another type of course other than what you paid for if there is space available however you will have to pay any additional cost that may apply to that course. Payments are only good for the day or monthly course in which your paid for and will not be credited for another day or month. In the event you wish to request a refund of any money paid for whatever reason, you must submit an email to sales@exoticdancecentral.com. All refund request emails will be reviewed and answered within 72 hours. The email must include your first and last name, email address, contact number, the name of class(es), level, date and time of class(es) and reason for refund request. Please note that all refund request are subject to be granted or denied at the sole discretion of EDC Dance Studio Inc. Corporate office. We do not refund money if you can not keep up with the class, if your schedule changes or if you just decide to change your mind about taking the class before or after you have already started for whatever reason! Please make sure that you choose classes wisely and that it does not conflict with your schedule. Make sure that participating in our classes is something that you truly want to do and that it is taken seriously. Please Note* our class schedule and or instructors are subject to change so make sure to check the schedule on a weekly and daily basis. Classes may be cancelled at any point and time due to low registrants(not meeting quota of minimum 4 or more students), natural life circumstances ex.(conflicting schedules, sickness, injury or family deaths of instructors, staff, etc), an act of terrorism or act of god ex.(earthquake, storms, etc). If for any reasons stipulated classes have to be cancelled and rescheduled you will not receive a refund of any money however you will receive a credit toward classes or other services provided by our company EDC Dance Studio Inc. or its affiliates. Health Policy-Students who become injured or ill before or during classes to the point where they can not continue to participate in their class(es) may apply for a medical leave for their unused class(es) to be credited toward a future class or course to be used within six months provided your class or course has been paid for in full. If you become pregnant or are pregnant you need medical clearance from your physician to begin or continue classes. In either of these matters you must provide EDC Dance Studio with a written note from your physician describing your injury, illness or pregnancy status, relevant date of injury/illness/pregnancy status and treatment you must undergo. Along with this you must sign out of class 48 hours after such class was scheduled. Failure to contact EDC Dance Studio within 48 hours after missing class due to said injury, illness or pregnancy status will cause forfeiture of the possibility for medical leave of your unused classes. Any request submitted for medical leave may be granted or denied at EDC Dance Studio’s sole discretion. In order to return to class a written release from your physician stating your ability to resume classes will be required. Anyone who has had a recent major surgery(3-6months)(ex. Back, Head, Shoulder, Eyes, Leg, Ankle, Knee, Arm, etc) with or with out bandages on any part of their body can not participate in any exotic dance/pole dancing class(es) without brining a note from your physician stating that it is ok for you to participate in physical activity. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure-By signing below, you understand and agree that all class content, including but not limited to teaching method, curriculum, discussions, written materials, technique, movements, dance steps, routines, choreography and scenery(the “Proprietary) are the property of EDC Dance Studio Inc. and constitute confidential and proprietary business information and trade secrets, the unauthorized disclosure of which will irreparably harm EDC Dance Studio Inc. Furthermore you agree that in exchange for EDC Dance Studio Inc. agreeing to take you on as a student, you agree to keep the Proprietary Information confidential and that you will not disclose the Proprietary Information to anyone without the prior written consent of EDC Dance Studio Inc. You also agree that you will not teach to any third party any of the Proprietary Information, and that you will refer any person wishing to learn any of the Proprietary Information to EDC Dance Studio Inc. Finally you agree that you will not use the Proprietary Information for the purpose of soliciting any students or employees of EDC Dance Studio Inc. or to otherwise compete with EDC Dance Studio Inc.
