Class Cards

We offer the hottest, most innovative and exciting schedule of drop-in-classes seven days a week to teach you the art of exotic dance and pole dancing. These classes  will help you to learn a new art form, get fit and empower yourself. Drop-In-Classes are for women who's schedules prevent them from being able to commit to our 4wk course step by step program. Drop-in-classes give you the advantage to have more flexibilty without having to commit to a specific day and time for 4 wks however drop-in-classes are accelerated(taught at a faster pace)and may required you to take more than one class a week to reap the same benefits as our four week course programs. With every drop-in-class every week is a new lesson however if you come the same week you get the same lesson. Classes are offered Monday-Friday 12noon-10pm Plus Saturday & Sunday 12noon-4pm! You can pay for drop-in-classes everytime you attend or purchase a class card which offers you a bundle of drop-in-classes at a discounted rate. Classes Are On A 1st Come 1st Serve Basis. Class Cards

EDC Dance Studio Inc offers class cards for students who want to purchase a bundle of drop-in-classes at a discounted rate. Class cards give you the flexibility to take as many drop-in-classes that you choose to purchase at your leisure. We have a 5 class card that expires within 45 days, 10 class card that expires within 60 days and 20 class card that expires within 90 days from the date of purchase. All class cards go into effect on the date of purchase not the first date in which you use it. Class cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class cards are not for an specific type of drop-in-classes but for any and all classes listed below that is a drop-in-class. Please note that any drop-in-classes can be canceled and/or rescheduled due to low registrants(must have a minimum of 6 students for all drop-in classes), last minute student cancellations, bad weather, an act of god(ex.earthquake) or emergency evacution procedures(ex, fire alarm,etc) or even discontinued at any point and time. In the event that this does happen you will not receive a refund, credit or transfer. If you call to reserve a space in any drop-in-class and we place you on the reservation list and you do not show up you will lose the class.

Pole Spins

Pole Spins: 1Hr. beginner pole dancing drop-in class that focuses on teaching you various beginner pole spins. This class will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm-up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable and right into learning various carousel, back hook and reverse spins followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. Each week there are new spins taught however if you come within the same week you will get the same lesson. This class is great for the everyday woman who has no prior experience in pole dancing and wants to learn on a beginner level. Please Note* Pole Spins is a beginner class that does not teach choreography or free flow movement just learning how to focus on spinning techniques. This class is taught at a faster pace. For a more slower pace see Pole Dynamics Level B1 the 4wk course. For Choreography see Pole Pleaser (Beg)drop-in class or for a 4wk course see Pole Goddess B1/B2. Suggested Level of Progression-This is the first class a beginner should take if you can not commit to Pole Dynamics B1 4Wk course. This class should be taken every week for 4 weeks along with pole perfections to practice. Pole Pleaser

Pole Pleaser (Beg): 1Hr. drop-in pole dancing class that focuses on teaching you pole dancing choreography. This class incoporates a sexy warm-up, a confidence builder, a pole tease, pole spins and transitions with exotic dance moves and sensual floorwork followed by a cool down of stretches. This class helps you to be more seductive and fluid with pole dancing choreograhy. This class is sure to fulfill your pole dancing pleasures. This class is taught at a faster pace. This class is offered on a beginner, intermediate and advance level.  For a more slower pace see Pole Goddess Level B1/B2 the 4wk course. To focus on pole spins see Pole Spins(Beg)drop-in class or for a 4wk course see Pole Dynamics B1/B2. Suggested Level of Progression-This is the second class a beginner should take after completing Pole Spins Beginner drop-in-class. This class should be taken every week for 4 weeks along with pole free flow beginner class to practice free flow movement. Once you complete this class you move into taking flying pole spins intermediate pole dancing class. This Class Is Great For Groups of 4-7 Guest to Take As A One Time Class For Fun.   • Pole Pleaser (Beg): is a 1hr drop-in pole dancing class that focuses on teaching you pole dancing choreography on a beginner level. This class incorporates a sexy warm-up, a confidence builder, a pole tease, pole spins and transitions with exotic dance moves and sensual floorwork followed by a cool down of stretches. This class helps you to be more seductive and fluid with pole dancing choreograhy.
  • Pole Pleaser (Intermediate): is a 1Hr. drop-in pole dancing class that focuses on teaching you pole dancing choreography on an intermediate level. This class incoporates a sexy warm-up, a confidence builder, a pole tease, flying pole spins combinations and transitions with climbing & descending combinations, exotic dance moves and sensual floorwork followed by a cool down of stretches. This class helps you to be more seductive and fluid with pole dancing choreograhy on an intermediate level.
  • Pole Pleaser (Advance): is a 1Hr. drop-in pole dancing class that focuses on teaching you pole dancing choreographyon an advance level. This class incoporates a sexy warm-up, a confidence builder, a pole tease, combinations of inverted spins and holds, climbing and descending tricks, multiple hand stand variations incorporating floorwork and sensual dance movements all into a fluid choreographed routinue.

Flying Pole Spins

Flying Pole Spins: 1Hr. intermediate pole dancing drop-in class that focuses on teaching you various intermediate flying pole spins, pole climbing and descending techniques. This class will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm-up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable with flying and climbing techniques, right into learning various flying spins, climbing and descending variations followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. Each week there are new lesson taught however if you come within the same week you will get the same lesson. This class is great for the everyday women who has beginner experience and would like to enhance their skills to the next level. Please Note* Flying Pole Spins is a intermediate class that does not teach choreography or free flow movement just learning how to focus on technique. This class is taught at a faster pace. For a more slower pace see Pole Dynamics Level I1/I2 the 4wk course. For Choreography see Pole Pleaser(Interm)drop-in class or Pole Goddess I1/I2 4Wk course. Pole Inversions

Pole Inversions:1Hr. advance pole dancing drop-in class that focuses on teaching you various advance pole inversions (upside down). This class will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm-up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable inverting upside down, right into learning various pole inversions in multiple positions from the shoulder mount, layback and much more followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. Each week there is a new lesson taught however if you come within the same week you will get the same lesson. This class is great for the everyday women who has intermediate experience and would like to enhance their skills to the next level. Please Note* Pole Inversions is a advance class that does not teach choreography or free flow movement just learning how to focus on technique. This class is taught at a faster pace. For a more slower pace see Pole Dynamics Level A1/A2 the 4wk course. For Choreography see Pole Pleaser (Adv) drop-in class or for a 4wk course program see Pole Goddess A1/A2. Pole Tricks 101

Pole Tricks 101:1Hr. advance advanced pole dancing drop-in class that focuses on teaching you various advance pole dancing tricks. This class will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm-up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable inverting upside down, right into learning various pole tricks that consist of learning multiple complex comibantions and variations of inverted spins, transitions and poses followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. Each week there is a new lesson taught however if you come within the same week you will get the same lesson. This class is great for the everyday woman who has advance experience and would like to enhance their skills to final level before taking professional performance classes with Exotic Dance Central School. Please Note* Pole Tricks 101 is a advance advanced class that does not teach choreography or free flow movement just learning how to focus on technique. For Free Flow movement take Pole Free Flow advance drop-in-class. Suggested Level of Progression-This is an advance advanced level class that should be taken after a student completes Pole Pleaser advance drop-in-class. This class should be taken every week for 4 weeks along with open pole practice class. Once you complete this class you move into taking pole dancing performance classes with Exotic Dance Central School. Pole Free Flow

Pole Free Flow: 1Hr. drop-in-class where students learn how to use the choreography they have learn in the pole spins and/or pole goddess courses to develop a pole free flow movement. This class is structured to free expression, investigate form and heighten concentration. Structured pole dance improvisational problems are given to lead students to simultaneously invent and perform movement without pre-planning. Each class includes a warm-up followed by many changing forms, group movements, solos and various pole spin combinations. Students learn how to listen to music and act on creative impulse due to the different components of music: rhythm, melody and harmony. This class helps to bring out the best in you gracefully, thoughtlessly as you swing, slide and dance your way around the pole.  We offer beginner, intermediate to advance level classes for you to grow from one level to the next. Pole Spins drop-in-class &/or Pole Goddess B1 & B2 4wk courses are a pre-requisite for Pole Free Flow. Suggested Level of Progression: This is a level base free flow pole dancing class. To take the free flow movement classes progressively you should follow the order below.

  • Pole Free Flow Beg: Must complete Pole Spins/Pole Pleaser-Beg drop-inclass program Or Pole Dynamics B1/B2/Pole Goddess 4Wk course programs
  • For Pole Free Flow Intermediate:  Must complete Flying Pole Spins /Pole Pleaser-Interm drop-in-class program Or Pole Dynamics I1/I2/Pole Goddess I1/I2 4Wk course program,
  • Pole Free Flow Advance: Must complete Pole Inversions/Pole Pleaser-Adv drop-in-class program Or Pole Dynamics A1/A2/Pole Goddess A1/A2 4Wk course program.

Pole Perfections

Pole Perfections: EDC Dance Studio holds practice classes for EDC students only who have at least taken our beginner level or higher in the pole dynamics and pole goddess classes and need more help with their pole spins in our pole dancing technique before moving on to the next level. This class gives our current students the opportunity to review, brush up and perfect their pole spins, transitions and strengthing exercises. Instructors will lead the class with proper stretches and strengthening exercises followed by students individually practicing on their own with the instructor providing individual attention, assisting with detailed demonstrations and to answer any questions. Students will not be taught anything new! Classes are offered on a beginer, intermediate and advance level.   • Beginner Class-Take this 1hr pole perfection class and learn beginner level stretches/strengthening exercises, pole stretches/strengthening exercises that will help increase flexibility, enhance your strength and endurance and target those specific muscles needed to perfom all beginner level carousel and back hook spins.
  • Intermediate Class-Take this 1hr pole perfection class and learn intermediate level stretches/strengthening exercises, pole stretches/strengthening exercises that will help increase flexibility, enhance your strength and endurance and target those specific muscles needed to perfom all intermediate level carousel, flying, cradle and backhook spins, climbing and entry level invertions
  • Advance Class-Take this 1hr pole perfection class and learn advance level stretches/strengthening exercises, pole stretches/strengthening exercises that will help increase flexibility, enhance your strength and endurance and target those specific muscles needed to perfom all advance level inverts, climbs, power spins and dynamic inverted poses.

Open Pole

Open Pole: is a dance class for EDC students of all levels to come in and practice their pole dancing skills. This class is a great way to enhance your skills and see other students in different levels work the pole. This class is formated with one person per pole for students to reap the full benefit of practicing one-on-one with their own pole. Instructors are in the classroom for safety and to assist with any pole dancing moves in a safe effective manner that is not high risk. Instructors do not teach any thing new. Please note open pole is for EDCDS Students however if you have pole dance experience on a intermediate or higher level from another facility and you are interested in taking classes with us. We welcome you to take this class as an evaluation for us to see your skills and place you on the right level with our technique so you do not have to start over from the beginning.   Click Here for Schedule

Exotic Dancing Diva: This sexy beginner dance class will teach you how to strut your sexy self around like a true exotic dancing diva.   This 1hr class starts off with some exotic dynamic stretches to warm your body up, put your stilletos on as our instructor teaches you how to walk, grind, wave & pump your body with the hottest dance moves. Suggested Level of Progression: This is beginner level drop-in-class that offers a new dance routine every week however if you come the same week you will get the same lesson. Click Here for Schedule

Pole Dance Circuit

Pole Dance Circuit: 1Hr. pole dancing class for everyday women who are interested in getting a great workout that will help to build strength and endurance, enhance flexibility and provide a great cardio workout while burning up to 500 calories or more. This class focuses on the physical fitness aspect of pole dancing. Feel the burn as you learn to work this circuit from pole station to pole station spin and climb your way to the top of the pole. Nothing will make you sweat and burn calories like our pole dance circuit class as you do a pole rotation around the room learning various pole moves that will be performed at each pole station.  This 1hr. class incorporates a rigorous warmup to prepare you for a circuit training and a calming and relaxing cool down that includes static and dynamic stretches. It is recommended that you at least have taken Pole Dynamics B1 before attending this class.   •  Intermediate Class(Climb & Spin)-Take this 1hr pole dance circuit class and learn intermediate level stretches/strengthening exercises, pole stretches/strengthening exercises that will help increase flexibility, enhance your strength and endurance and target those specific muscles needed to perfom all intermediate level carousel, flying, cradle and backhook spins as you work this circuit from pole station to pole station spin and climb your way to the top of the pole. Please Note-You should have taken Pole Dynamics level I1 or I2 Course as a prerequiste before signing up to Climb & Spin Intermediate Pole Dance Circuit Class.
  • Advance Class(Climb & Invert)-Take this 1hr pole dance circuit class and learn advance level stretches/strengthening exercises, pole stretches/strengthening exercises that will help increase flexibility, enhance your strength and endurance and target those specific muscles needed to perfom all advance level inverts, climbs, power spins and dynamic inverted poses work this circuit from pole station to pole station as you climb and invert. Please Note-You should have taken Pole Dynamics level A1 or A2 Course as a prerequiste before signing up to Climb & Invert Advance Pole Dance Circuit Class.
