2Hr. Introductory Class: Are you looking to take a variety of classes and are unsure of where you should start. Our 2hr introductory class is a great class to take. It will give you a sample of EDC Dance Studio's exotic dance and pole dancing technique. Come join this class and get the thrill of a lifetime as you take a journey through the art of exotic dance and pole dance. Learn to relax your body with a warm-up of stretches that will prepare you for a sensual and sexy full body workout. This intro class will take you through the fundamenatals of flirting, the confident body language of walking and using your hands to sensually caress your body, alluring exotic dance and floor moves, a sexy wall dance, a touch of a sinsational lap dance, a hot striptease topped with a sample of pole dynamics. At the end of each class our instructors will show you a dynamic performance and then hold a mini Q & A session.
