2Hr. Introductory Class: Come experience the intense sensual dance work-out that our 2 hr introductory sampler class has to offer. This class will take you through a journey of exploring the art of exotic dance and pole dance. Start this class with stretches and strengthening exercies to warm-up your body for the intense full body work-out that you will experience. Learn the fundamentals of flirting, the confident body language of walking and using your hands to sensually caress your body, alluring exotic dance and floor moves, a sexy wall dance, a touch of a sinsational lap dance, a hot striptease topped with the dynamics of the pole. At the end of each class our instructors will show you a dynamic performance and then hold a mini Q & A session. This is our regular introductory class that is for new potential students who want to try our technique one time before comitting to a full 4Wk course.
