1Hr. Intro to Pole: Are you interested in learning to pole dance however have concerns about if you will be able to do it. Are you looking for a good pole dancing program that offers levels of progression in a safe, non-judgemental, fun environment with everyday women like yourself. Look no further try our Intro To Pole Dancing one-time class. This class will introduce you to a new art form in the best way. This class starts out with stretches to warm-up your body, different strengthening exercises to test you strength, a confidence builder to get you acquainted with the pole and the experience of spinning on the pole, followed by a demo from our instructors and a Q & A session. Not only do we give you the experience we provide you with the information that you need to make your decision on whats best for you. Our 2hr introductory class is a great class to take it will give you a sample of EDC Dance Studio's exotic dance and pole dancing technique. Learn to relax your body with a warm-up of stretches that will prepare you for a sensual and sexy full body workout. This intro class will take you through the fundamenatals of flirting, the confident body language of walking and using your hands to sensually caress your body, alluring exotic dance and floor moves, a sexy wall dance, a touch of a sinsational lap dance, a hot striptease topped with a sample of pole dynamics. At the end of each class our instructors will show you a dynamic performance and then hold a mini Q & A session.
