Private Party Policy

Private Parties-EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) offers private exotic dance and pole dancing parties for groups of 8-24 guest and event planning services for larger groups of 25-150 guest. Celebrate your special occasion(birthday, bachelorette, Just For Fun, etc) with us and you and your guest will have the time of your lives. We have 2 beautiful dance studios for you to choose from where we offer private parties on Mondays-Thursdays between the hours of 4pm-10pm, Fridays from 4pm-10pm, Saturdays from 12noon-12midnight and Sundays 12noon-5pm. You and your guest can choose from having a full two hour party with dance instruction that will incorporate exotic dance, sensual floor work, pole dancing, wall dancing, striptease, lap dancing, interactive activities, the use of our party costumes and a free e-invite or a 1hr hour party that focuses one specific area(ex. pole dancing, lap dancing, striptease dance or exotic dancing). We also have a party packages for bachelorette & birthdays that include free admission, gift and naughty party bag for the honoree, dessert and beverages. You can add on other services like food, beverage package, photography, entertainment, limo/party bus services and much more.

Booking Policy-To book a party you must have a minimum of 8 guest. You can book a party as early as (3)months in advance. To secure your party date you must secure a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of ½ of your grand total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event upon arrival. Please note* The deposit you put down for your guest is the remaining balance that is due regardless of the out come of your guest on the day of the event. Your remaining balance must be paid to the receptionist/office manager by you the original contact person. (Note*We will not individually collect your guest remaining balances). Remaining Balances can be paid by credit card or cash(No Personal Checks). A final head count and a deposit of ½ of each persons total per person cost must be provided for each additional guest you have attained from the time frame in which you made your original booking one week prior to your scheduled event date. Please note that only paying guest who are participating are allowed to attend your event. There are no spectators. Large groups of 25 or more please call 212-679-2540 for additional information on event planning services. Please note that last minute party bookings from 1 week prior to date of event must pay for their party in full to secure the date! To fully complete your party booking date once you have secured your deposit you will also need to read, print, initial and sign your party policy. The party policy must be handed in to a representative at EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central), you can also email your party policy to parties@exoticdancecentral.com or fax it to the party dept at 212-679-2511. Payment Policy-We accept all major credit cards(Amex, Visa, Master Card & Discover)over the phone, online and at the studio. We also accept cash, money orders and certified checks(No Personal Checks). All money orders and certified checks must be made out to EDC Dance Studio Inc. Please note that your party date is not secure until we have received your non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of ½ of your total cost and your initial and signed party policy. A credit card must be placed on file for your remaining balance that is due on the date of your event. There will be no other charges unless you add on an additional guest and/or services to your party package. It is suggested that you tip our instructors 15%-20% of your total cost however it is not mandated. If you paid for a party and do not show up on the date of the event there is no refund, credits or transfers for any monies paid and your remaining balance for your party will be charged to your credit card that you placed on file with us. Privacy Policy-EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) does not allow spectators during private parties only paying guest are allowed to attend. There is absolutely no note taking of any of the dance techniques taught or videotaping at EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central). Video Cameras are not allowed on premises. If you are caught video taping your camera will be confiscated and your footage will be deleted. If you refuse to give us your video camera your party will be stopped and canceled without a refund of any money paid and you and your guest will be escorted off our premises! We do offer the services of photography at an additional cost ask about our party packages for this service! Disposable cameras are sometimes available on premises for purchase. In the event that our photographer is unavailable you and your guest can take pictures at your party with your own camera(s). Cancellation & Refund-Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. However your private party can be rescheduled one time within 2 weeks of your scheduled party date. Your deposit secures your studio time, instructor and any basic party package amenities(ex. Party Bags, etc). Any request to make changes any time thereafter will be denied and you will be subject to having your party on its original booking date. All request to reschedule a private party must be done by email at parties@exoticdancecentral.com. You must submit your name, date and time of your event with the new request date and time. Please Note-* changes are subject to availability. If you choose to not show up on the date of your event you will not be refunded, credited, transferred any monies paid and your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file. All remaining balances must be paid upon arrival on the date of the event to the receptionist/office manager by the original contact person not by each individual guest. In the event that the weather is bad. It is at EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) discretion to cancel and reschedule the clients party due to bad weather conditions not the client. All rescheduled parties will be given a 90 day rebooking time frame. Failure to rebook your party within the 90 day time frame will result in the lost of your deposit. Party Attire-Below is a list of standard attire for parties:

-Bottoms(Shorts, Yoga Pants Or Leggings)Denim Is Not Suggested!
-Footwear(4”-6”Stilleto Heels w/Strap) Please Note*That bare arms and legs are needed for pole dancing to be effective. The attire above is suggested not mandated however if you choose to wear something other than what is suggested you may have some difficulty with our dance technique. The following is a list of attire for the following types of parties: Girl Next Door StripTease(Standard Attire, Button Down Shirt or Zip Sweater & Skirt), Lingerie StripTease(Standard Attire Above & Bring Any Type of Lingerie To Layer Up), Fantasy StripTease Dance(Standard Attire, Theme Costume:School Girl, Policewoman, etc)You and your guest can purchase in advance at an additional cost costumes for your fantasy party or lingerie for your lingerie party. Just ask our party planner about packages.

Arrival & Departure Policy-We ask that you and all your guest arrive to our studio at least 30 minutes prior to your party schedule start time to complete registration forms and to sign your waivers. Please note if you arrive late this process must still be completed by you and all your guest and will affect your start time due to you arriving late. You will not be granted any additional time your party will end at its regular scheduled end time. Once your party has started if you choose to leave early, you may do so at your own leisure however you will not be given a refund of any monies paid, a credit or transfer for future services. We ask all guest who attend a party to show consideration to other guest who party may be before or after your party by arriving and leaving in a timely manner. Damages Policy-If any damages are caused to the premises of EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) by you or any of your guest you will be held accountable and charged accordingly with proper invoice(s). Safety Policy-In the interest of safety, any guest who appears to be intoxicated and/or disruptive to the conduct of a party at EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) discretion will be excluded from participating in the party forfeiting their payment made in full for party. Further more if the majority of your guest appear to be intoxicated your party will be stopped and you and your guest will be escorted off our premises without a refund of any monies paid. Food & Beverages-A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of ½ of your total cost for food and or beverage packages must be made on the original booking date to secure these services. All food and beverage orders will be charged sales tax of 8.875% and a $20 delivery fee on top of your total cost. Also any parties with food orders will be charged an additional $50 for 30minutes of extra time to partake in eating their food. Please note that if you paid for a party package that includes food and/or beverages your final order selection and guest head count must be made 1wk prior to your event date. YOU CAN NOT BRING ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES(ALCOHOLIC/NON ALCOHOLIC) ONTO OUR PREMISES! The deadline time frame to add-on any food and beverage package to your party is 2wk prior to your event date. We do offer wine and champagne packages that can be purchased in advance only. Please note that these packages offer a limited amount of servings per guest. Otherwise no additional ALCOLHOLIC BEVERAGES will be SERVED AT ALL AT EDC Dance Studio Inc(d.b.a Exotic Dance Party Central) DUE TO SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. It is suggested that you or any of your guest do not consume any alcohol before attending the party. Please note that all guest who have purchased a food and/or beverage party package in advance must complete the food and beverages on premises you can not take anything off premise before or after your event. Additional Services-If you book any additional services from additional time, Videography, Photography, Limo/Party Bus Services, Entertainment, etc a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of ½ of your total cost must be paid at the time of party booking date. Your remaining balance is due on the date of the event. Please note that all guest who wish to add on limo or bus services you must provide a credit card to put on file. Health Policy-If you or any of your guest are pregnant you can not participate in the pole dancing or floor dance portion of the party. Anyone who has had a recent major surgery(3-6months)(ex. Back, Head, Shoulder, Eyes, Leg, Ankle, Knee, Arm, etc) with or with out bandages on any part of their body can not participate in the party without providing proof of medical clearance from a physician to our office manager on the day of your event. Failure to do so will result in the person not being able to participate in the party and their money will not be refunded. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure-By signing below, you understand and agree that all party/class content, including but not limited to teaching method, curriculum, discussions, written materials, technique, movements, dance steps, routines, choreography and scenery(the “Proprietary) are the property of EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party Central constitute confidential and proprietary business information and trade secrets, the unauthorized disclosure of which will irreparably harm EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party. Furthermore you agree that in exchange for EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party agreeing to take you on as a student, you agree to keep the Proprietary Information confidential and that you will not disclose the Proprietary Information to anyone without the prior written consent of EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party. You also agree that you will not teach to any third party any of the Proprietary Information, and that you will refer any person wishing to learn any of the Proprietary Information to EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party. Finally you agree that you will not use the Proprietary Information for the purpose of soliciting any students or employees of EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party or to otherwise compete with EDC Dance Studio Inc., d.b.a. Exotic Dance Party.
