Professional Certificate Program
Professional Certificate Program: 1 year program that must be completed in semesters of three months. This program is for male and female students who want to enter the industry of adult entertainment who want to work for Exotic Dance Central Inc. the company once completing the program. This program is for beginning to intermediate students between the ages of 18 and 28 who have at least 1year prior dance experience in modern/jazz, hip-hop, belly dance, ballet or african dance. The Certificate Program takes a conservatory approach to dance training by combining the study of exotic dance and pole dance techniques, dance academics, repertory and performance throughout its curriculum. The core curriculum consist of daily exotic dance classes and pole dancing classes four to six times per week, is supplemented by additional classes in modern/jazz, salsa, african, yoga, gymnastics and body conditioning. Improvisation, dance composition, exotic dance history, music and theater arts are also included. Third month students participate in a Repertory and Performance workshop in which they gain valuable performing experience in the adult entertainment industry in the New York tri-state area. The Certificate Program evolves into a graduating performance choreographed by head instructors with the assistance of the students. Enrollment in the Certificate Program begins in August for the fall semester and February for Spring semester. Acceptance into the Certificate Program is by audition only. Pre-Professional Certificate Program
Pre-Professional Certificate Program: For students ages 18 and over who wish to have the same intensive dance technique training as students in our Certificate Program but do not wish to dance under Exotic Dance Central Inc. The Company and wish to continue working independently on their own ex. (gentlemen clubs). Pre-Professional students have the option to enroll in 10 week series in the area of there choice during fall, winter and/or spring semester. We offer a variety of 10 week series which are; Pole Tricks 101, Lap Climatics, Floor Dynamics, Exotic Dance Vixen. Enrollment for the semester of your choice starts (1) one month prior to the start of the semester.

- Winter Semester 2010: Starts-January 2011 & Ends-March 2011
Private Lessons
Private Lessons: We offer enterainers the best value for their investment. With a private lesson, the entertainer/student will work one on one with an instructor, receiving personalized instruction, immediate correction, improve their technique and receive intensive training.
Summer Intensive Program
Summer Intensive Program: For students ages 21 & over who have a minimum of 2 years of consistent exotic dance & pole dancing experience. The program provides an opportunity for intermediate and advanced dance students to immerse themselves in an intensive training session. Students take daily exotic dance and pole dancing classes along with yoga, lite gymnastics, belly dance, modern and jazz classes in a 8-week session over the course of the summer. Students also have the opportunity to learn repertory, which culminate a performance in nightclub or small productions theatre in New York City at the end of the summer session. Acceptance to the Summer Intensive Program is by application and video, or by audition.

Meet the Founders
Alieesah: If anyone is looking for who taught the dance instructor, exotic dancer or dance choreographer exotic dance look no further you've found New York's Finest. Alieesah has personally trained and instructed countless men and women on a personal and professional level to get fit, have fun, build self confidence, empower and express themselves through the art of exotic dance and pole dance helping them channel the natural sensual goddess within. Alieesah started dancing at the young age of (7) seven studying modern, jazz and ballet by age (13) thirteen she studied and taught hip hop. When Alieesah attended college she began exploring other forms of dance such as belly dance, burlesque and exotic dance because of the sensual movement, the level of creative freedom and the pleasure she felt from mixing various dance movements/techniques that she learned and loved over the years. In 1999 she co-found Exotic Dance Central the company and school for professional exotic dancers. Being aware of the pros and cons that went along with being in the adult entertainment industry her years of experience and observation noted that entertainers would be able to perform better and have a more versatile dance style with professional dance training. Alieesah began to use her professional dance/choreography background to formulate exotic dance and pole dancing classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers. She did this by combining modern/jazz, hip hop, latin, belly dance, burlesque, pole dancing and her experience as an exotic dancer to create well structured classes. Her classes proved to be a success and played a major role in our dancers continued success and the growth of the company's services that is now available to women of the general public for their personal or professional growth.
Donyale Nicola: has 20 years experience in the area of dance and entertainment management. In 1999 she co-found Exotic Dance Central the company and school for professional exotic dancers. Donyale obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration focused on public relations and marketing. She also worked in the field of developmental disability in the day & was a club/party promoter by night. Donyale Nicola used her marketing and public relations skills to find out what entertainers needed and what customers wanted. Donyale Nicola formulated lecture classes and entertainment networking events to educate and inform entertainers about the business in addition to providing them with resources to better serve clients. By doing this it helped Exotic Dance Central to build a strong profitable business in the adult entertainment industry. Using similar marketing and public relations strategies EDC Dance Studio, Inc. and Exotic Dance Central are successfully mainstreaming exotic dance and pole dancing for all women to explore & express their sensuality and build their sexual confidence.
